Samuel Markey is a Multimedia Producer living and working in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His specialties include sense of place photography and timelapse productions.

Following graduation, Sam focused his attention on getting work as an assistant/retoucher with Philadelphia area photographers. As time went on and his experience grew, more opportunities and responsibilities began to develop with greater regularity. These jobs were critical to the evolution of his freelance career, and enabled him to learn much more about the business of creative services. 

In 2014, Sam moved into his current studio in the Fishtown neighborhood in Philadelphia. This was about the same time that his own client base began to expand. The projects he took on were diverse in medium, enabling him to grow his portfolio to include more video. Timelapse production began to emerge as his primary focus, the combination of shooting stills but having the end product be in motion was perfect for his skill set. He seeks to grow this business in Philadelphia and beyond.
